I only started papercrafting and making Tomes/ Junk Journals it will be a year in Sept… I love pink, Grudge and a edgy take, I like to push the limits of what I’m doing all the time.. I see myself doing this for a long time, it’s cool to have found my passion..

Well a bit about me.. I’m a mom of 5 kiddos and love art and creating junk journals. I’m pretty new and would like to make it into a business and possibly teach one day! I’m still figuring out my style and trying to get my name out there. On that note, I’m trying to figure out what I want as a new shop name for now it’s Hot Head Stitches Journals.

I grew up in the northwest part of the United States, in the Rockies where I still reside today. I draw a lot of my inspiration from nature, and feel most inspired when I’m standing in the middle of a forest or  standing near a creek.  The color, texture, smell, and layers of organic matter really get my creative mind going!! I have a deep passion to create and learn.  I am honoured and humbled to be a part of The Design Team.

By day I get to work with an amazing group of students in special education, but by night (and virtually any other free moment) I am dreaming up and making journals. I am constantly inspired by our vibrant community of journal makers and hopefully inspire others to give it a go as well!

Little bit about me happy married for 29 years have 5 wonderful children and 3 grandkids. I have been crafting for years now but learn how to make albums and journals they are my favorite. Now about my style of crafting I enjoy trying all different style but I tend to go to grungy and steampunkish.

I am a retired Medical Office Manager. I am married and I have 2 children and 5 wonderful grandchildren. I have been crafting for as long as I can remember. I love Bible Journaling, scrapbooking, card making, mixed media, watercolor and in the past six months, making Junk Journals. I feel like all the crafting I do can be applied to the creation of my journals.
